When asked to speak a few words about RRR, Jr NTR said he is glad to be a part of the project and he is happy to have associated with a master craftsman like Rajamouli for the fourth time in his career.
“RRR will make Indian cinema proud, not just the Telugu film industry. It will set new standards in terms of filmmaking and production designing. I play Komaram Bheem, a tribal rebel who fought for the freedom of not just his people, but the entire country,” he said.
Jr NTR further added that RRR demanded him to stay away from social media for a while and said he has no regrets for staying disconnected with netizens for a span of 2-3 years. “If dissociation is the price that I have to pay for starring in a project like RRR, I am ready for it,” he stated.
When asked about his potential re-entry into politics, Tarak said this is the not the right time or the platform to comment about his politics aspirations and promised to open up about the same when the right time comes.
RRR is up for release on 13th of May and it also stars Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Olivia Morris in other pivotal roles. DVV Danayya is bankrolling the project.
