Amala Paul signs her third web project; becomes busy with various OTT projects in South film industry

Amala Paul is one of the most popular heroines in South India. In a career spanning over a decade, Amala has acted in many Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam films. These days, digital platforms are becoming the main source of entertainment. It looks like Amala realized this fact and is focusing more on web content. Recently, she signed her third web project.Amala Paul has acted in Netflix's Lust Stories remake. She played the lead role in one segment of this anthology. Amala's segment got directed by Nandini Reddy. Netflix will release this film by the end of this year. Amala has also signed a web series in Hindi. This is a series based on the life of yesteryear actress Parveen Babi. Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt is the showrunner of the series. He is also producing it along with Jio Studios. The shoot of this series started a few months back.Now, Amala signed her third web project. We hear that it will be a Tamil-Telugu series that is set in the era of the 1970s. Apparently, Amala's role will be quite bold in this show. The shooting of this series will go on the floors very soon.
