Aryan Khan Arrest: NDSP Court Reserved The Bail Application Of Aryan Khan Till October 20

NDSP court reserved the bail application of Aryan Khan till October 20 on the luxury cruise drug case.

Mumbai's special NDPS court reserved the bail application of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. NCB arrested Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan on the night of October 2. Both were lodged in Arthur Road jail after bail applications before denied. This was by the lower court based on Court jurisdiction. Aryan's lawyers Amit Desai and Satish later had applied for bail in Special NDPS Court in Mumbai.
 
According to ANI, the NDSP court reserved the bail application of Aryan Khan. “Drugs on cruise matter | Mumbai Special NDPS court reserves order for 20th October on the bail application of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha;” ANI Wrote on Twitter.
 
During the hearing on October 13, NCB told that Aryan has been involved in ‘illicit procurement & distribution of contraband’. The agency also said that the investigation is still in progress. “The investigation is still in progress. Khan and Arbaaz Merchant have been associated in close collaboration with each other. This is sufficient to attract offenses under Section 29 NDPS act;' stated NCB.
 
Aryan's lawyer, Amit Desai, called NCB's claim that Aryan was a member of an illegal international drug trafficking organization 'absurd.'
 
Aryan Khan was sent to the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai after the court denied his bail plea on Friday. Earlier, a video of Gouri, Aryan's mom crying after the judgment has gone viral on social media. In the video, Aryan stays calm. Meanwhile, Gouri has covered her face weeping in response to the judgment.
