Good Response For Dhanush's Sir, What Will The Result Be?

Tamil actor Dhanush has made a name for himself across India by featuring in a number of critically and financially successful films. The actor even featured in a few successful Hindi films and recently made his Hollywood debut as well. Now, the actor is all set to make his Tollywood debut with Sir, directed by Venky Atluri, of Tholi Prema and Rang De fame. Samyuktha Menon is the leading lady of the film, while GV Prakash Kumar is the music director. The songs that have been released from the film so far have managed to create a good interest in the audience. The film's trailer has also managed to increase the audience's expectations on the film. While the pre-bookings and the word of mouth seem to be good so far, it is to be seen whether or not the film will manage to impress the audience upon release. Sir is being made as a bilingual, and in recent times, bilinguals haven't had a lot of luck. The best example is Ram Pothineni's Warrior, which failed to entertain the Telugu and Tamil audiences either. The main reason for this is that bilinguals aren't able to appeal to any audience and are falling into a very non-committal territory. With that being said, it is to be seen whether or not Sir will manage to appeal to the audience. The promotions for Sir are currently underway, and the movie is set to be released on 17th February. The movie is also getting premiere shows on the 16th, and there's been a good response to it.
