Kriti Sanon joins Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan & Sunny Singh in Adipurush, shares pictures from the set

Kriti Sanon has shared pictures from the sets of her next film Adipurush as she joins the starcast. Along with Kriti, Om Raut's directorial will star Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh. While Prabhas will play Ram in the film, Kriti will play Sita, Sunny Singh will play Laxman, Saif is going to play Ravan. Sharing the pictures, Kriti wrote, 'A new journey begins.. #ADIPURUSH (heart emoji) This one is too special.. Proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world..(star and folded hands emoji).' In an interview earlier, Prabhas had said, 'Every role and every character comes with its own challenges, but portraying a character like this comes with tremendous responsibility and pride. I am very excited to portray this character from our epic specially the way Om has designed it. I am sure the youth of our country will shower all their love on our film.' About casting Kriti Sanon, Om Raut had said, 'When I was casting for the female lead, I needed an actress who not only has an amazing screen presence but more importantly, is also a great performer. Kriti was our obvious choice for the film. Sunny is a great actor and we're sure he will impress viewers with his performance.'
