Mammootty surprises us with ancient Tamil in Mamangam

Mammootty has dubbed in Tamil for the Tamil version of Mamangam.

Mammootty is one of the top most actors in India. He is coming up with Mamangam, an expensive film ever made in Malayalam. Directed by Padmakumar, this film based on the famous Mamangam festival which happens once in 12 years.
We already that Mammootty is a fluent in Malayalam and Tamil. His Tamil film Peranbu in which he dubbed in Tamil won accolades and awards. Now, the actor has dubbed in Tamil for the Tamil version of Mamangam. The surprising factor is that the actor has attempted ancient Tamil.
Regarding Mammootty’s effort, director Padmakumar said, “He gave himself into a lot of rehearsals and practice in getting the exact syllable of ancient Tamil. I thank director Ram sir who has written the dialogues for Tamil, for being so much supportive throughout the process. We are looking forward to release the movie simultaneously in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi. We are overwhelmed by the exceedingly great reception for the film’s Tamil teaser. Tamil Nadu has never missed to spread out the red carpets for the unique contents and I am wholesomely experiencing it now.”
Mamangam has a stellar cast that includes Mammootty, Unnimukundan, Achuthan, Sidhique, Manikkuttan, Manikandan Achary, Tarun Arora, Prachi Tehlan, Kaniha, Anu Sithara, Iniya and others.
