Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding gets delayed for a reason. Here’s why

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s wedding is in news for a long time now. Last year, some reports strongly suggested that they would get married in December 2019. But later, it was said that they would tie the knot to summer. Well, the couple has remained silent about the rumours and haven’t made anything official yet. As per a report in Times of India, the reason behind the delay in their wedding is revealed. The couple has been visiting a lot of temples in the last one year. They are on the temple-going spree as an astrologer has asked them to do so. The report says that Nayanthara believes strongly in astrology and she has decided to do what her astrologer asks her to. The only remaining temple the couple is yet to visit is the Lord Rahu temple in Thirunageswaram, Kumbakonam. Their visit to this temple would have finished if there was no lockdown which was imposed by the government to stop the spread of COVID-19. Once they make up some time and visit this temple as well, the couple might announce their marriage. There have been rumours that they are already married. But the couple is known for slamming rumours like a pro. On the professional front, Nayanthara is busy with Mookuthi Amman, directed by RJ Balaji. The stills from the film were released sometime back and the actress stole the show. Her next big project is Rajinikanth's Annaatthe, which is scheduled for release for Pongal 2021. Also, she is part of her beau's next directorial Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal in which Samantha Akkineni is playing an important character.
