Nayanthara Spills The Beans About Her Engagement And Wedding To Vignesh Shivan

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan met on the sets of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in 2015 and have been dating since then. Often, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan takes to Instagram to share intimate photos with her ladylove Nayanthara. Recently, Vignesh Shivan marked his debut as a producer with Rowdy Pictures. His first venture is Netrikann, directed by Milind Rau. The film was released on Disney+ Hotstar on August 13, ahead of Independence Day. While promoting the film, Nayanthara appeared in an interview with Dhivyadharshini, which aired on Vijay Television. During the interview, Nayanthara confirmed that she is engaged to Vignesh Shivan. Speaking about the same, she said, 'We are very private people. Our engagement was a private affair. Only immediate family members attended my engagement. But for the wedding, we will be informing everyone. That's what marriage is all about.' Speaking about Vignesh Shivan, Nayanthara said that, 'So far, the men I've come across would first try to convert a successful woman as a homemaker. But in my case, only after Vignesh Shivan came into my life, I've become more ambitious and started becoming very busy. He also takes care of his mom and sister that before eating his food, he would make a call to them to know whether they had their food, this has been the case for six years.'
