Netflix Bags The Digital Rights Of Vijay’s Thalapathy 67
Netflix has acquired the digital rights of Thalapathy 67, Vijay's highly anticipated film with filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Thalapathy 67, Vijay's highly anticipated film with filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, is causing quite a stir. Seven Screen Studio, the film's production company, revealed on Thursday that Sun TV has purchased the satellite rights. OTT behemoth Netflix has also acquired the film's digital rights.
The announcement was made via a tweet from the Seven Screen Studio account. It said,
The film's working title is Thalapathy 67. The film's original title will be revealed on February 3 at 5 p.m.
Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj have teamed up again following the success of their 2021 blockbuster Master. Trisha Krishnan, the film's female lead, will appear alongside Vijay. It is their fifth film together, following Kuruvi, Ghilli, Thiruppachi, and Aathi. Sanjay Dutt, Mathew Thomas, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, and Sandy also appear in the film.
On Wednesday, Vijay, Trisha, Arjun, Mansoor, and Priya attended the official launch of Thalapathy 67 in Chennai. Recently, the crew shared the final list of cast members of the film. The first schedule of the movie will take place in Kashmir.
According to filmmaker Lokesh, Thalapathy 67 will be a gangster film. He just confirmed that the film will not be included in his LCU - Lokesh Cinematic Universe. Lokesh refuted the rumors at the trailer launch event of Laththi.
