Teen rom-coms always get a wide response from the audiences. Netflix's original show The Kissing Booth is one of the popular teen romantic dramas that enjoys a huge fanbase. The first season of this show got aired in 2019 and was an instant hit. Now, it is all set to come up with the second season. The Kissing Booth's season 2 will premiere on the 24th of July this year.
The show's lead actress Joey King has officially revealed the release date through Twitter. She shared a new poster of season 2 and tweeted, 'And that’s the tea. #July24th.'With this news, all its fans are now gearing up for the second season.
King played the role of a young girl named Elle. She signs up to run a kissing booth at a summer carnival. There she happens to directly come across her crush. This is a triangular love story that reminisces about teenage romances and the innocence of them. King has also worked as the executive producer of the second season. Joel Courtney will reprise the role of her best friend Lee. Jacob Elordi will be back again as the boyfriend of Elle. Molly Ringwald and Meganne Young have also reprised their roles from the original. Taylor Zakhar Perez and Maisie Richardson-Sellers are the new entrants of the cast.
