On this Blood Donor Day, Chiranjeevi urges his fans and followers to donate blood and save other people's lives

Chiranjeevi runs a blood bank in Hyderabad which is very active and helps a lot of poor people from time to time.

Today is World Blood Donor Day. Blood donation is one of the noble gestures that we can do towards another human being. Every droplet of blood we donate can save the life of the other person. Thus, the donation of blood is often termed as a great act. Popular actor Chiranjeevi believes that blood donation can save someone's life. Hence, he set up the Chiranjeevi Blood Bank. He also donates blood very often. On this special occasion, Chiru explained the greatness of blood donation and also urged everyone to donate blood.
 
Chiru took on Twitter to share a video of himself donating blood on various occasions. Along with the tweet, he wrote, 'What else can be more satisfying than saving someone's life. Every time I hear that a blood donation camp is organized and people are donating blood, I thank almighty for the super power he gave us mankind. రక్త దానం చేయండి! ప్రాణదాతలు కండి! (Donate blood! Become saviors of life!). #worldblooddonorday2020.'
 
Chiranjeevi had set up his blood back more than two decades ago. He always says that blood and eye donation help for noble causes. Many of his fans and followers donate blood at the blood bank every year. This has become a ritual for them. During these tough times, blood donation needs to get done in massive numbers. Hopefully, fans follow Chiru's call and donate their blood.
 
On the professional front, Chiranjeevi is currently acting in the film Acharya. Directed by Koratala Siva, this film features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead.
