Pragya Jaiswal needs no introduction to the Telugu film audiences. She shot to fame with her performances in films like Kanche, Nakshatram, and Jaya Janaki Nayaka. Today, Pragya Jaiswal took on Instagram to wish her mother a Happy Mother's Day. She thanked her mother for all the patience, strength, perseverance, and support she has given.

Pragya shared a lovely photo of herself, posing with her mother. She then wrote, 'Happy Mother’s Day to the most special part of my life. I am who I am today because of you. Thank you for ur patience, strength, perseverance and unflinching support since forever. You are my world, my rock, my inspiration. Love u to infinity.'

Pragya is using this lockdown period to spend time with her family. She is currently having a fun time with her parents and other family members. The Kanche actress is also making some yummy recipes during this home-quarantine. Yesterday, she made Gluten-free Banana Chocolate Cake. She also shared the recipe details with her followers. She wrote, 'So excited to bake my first cake...Damn! Who would’ve thought I'll ever do this but thanks to quarantine we are all developing some new life skills. Thank you @myhautelife for the recipe. The cake turned out really yummy and it was so easy to make. Sharing the recipe here with you guys too. #WeekendBaking #Readyfortheweekend #BananaChocolateCake.'

A few days back, Pragya also made a yummy pesarattu at home. On the career front, she was last seen in the 2018 film Achari America Yatra. The tall-legged beauty is yet to announce her next project.

So excited to bake my first cake..Damn! Who would’ve thought I ll ever do this but thanks to quarantine we are all developing some new life skills Thank you @myhautelife for the recipe..The cake turned out really yummy and it was so easy to make..Sharing the recipe here with you guys too.. #WeekendBaking #Readyfortheweekend #BananaChocolateCake . . . . (If you’re vegan then replace the butter with coconut oil and eggs with apple sauce) . Ingredients : 3 cups almond flour (if u use any other flour then measurements of other ingredients vary accordingly l) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs at room temperature 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or coconut oil 1/2 cup sugar (I use cane sugar) 1 tsp Vanilla essence 3 mashed bananas not too large medium size ( have to be ripe) Crushed walnuts Chocolate chips Banana slices for decoration Preheat the oven for 20 mins at 200 In one bowl mix almond flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder In another bowl add butter and sugar, beat it well for 5 mins.. Then add vanilla essence and the eggs. Beat it with a fork for about 30 seconds. Then add mashed banana and just mix. Then slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not beat or the batter will become hard. Just mix it gently with a fork that too not much. Make sure they the wet and dry are now combined.. In this mix add chocolate chips and crushed walnuts. Cover your loaf pan with coconut oil and then transfer ur mixture into that. Decorate with banana slices and chocolate chips. Bake for 1 hour at 170 (every oven is different so keep checking with a tooth pick) if ur tooth pick comes out clean then it’s done if it’s wet then let it bake. If it gets too brown on the top cover with aluminum foil. Once done let it cool down and then drizzle with little Nutella or honey butter if u like. I personally love a bit of Nutella on top :) Have fun
