Rajinikanth, Chiyaan Vikram donate to TN CM Relief Fund

Rajinikanth met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to donate money to the state's Relief fund.

Superstar Rajinikanth met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to make a donation to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund as the country battles the second wave of the novel coronavirus. Rajinikanth donated Rs 50 lakh and greeted MK Stalin at his office in Chennai. After making his donation, Rajinikanth met the media outside and addressed the gathering. The Kaala actor had a word of advice to the people. He asked them to follow the guidelines stated by the government so that we will all be able to beat Covid-19 together.
 
Similarly, Chiyaan Vikram contributed Rs 30 lakh to Chief Minister's Relief Fund. He made the donation via bank transfer today. When Stalin was elected as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Vikram along with his son-in-law Manu Ranjit visited to greet him for the landslide victory. Earlier, Thala Ajith, Sivakarthikeyan, Vetri Maaran, Soundarya Rajinikanth, and her husband's family, Shankar and Jayam Ravi, and family contributed money to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund. On April 11, Chief Minister MK Stalin appealed to the private and public organization to donate to the CM Relief Fund to battle Covid-19.
