Rajshri Deshpande Recalls Shah Rukh Khan Helping Her During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Rajshri Deshpande recently disclosed how Shah Rukh Khan assisted her during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Rajshri Deshpande recently disclosed how Shah Rukh Khan assisted her during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also indicated a wish to collaborate with him. She has received praise for her heartfelt performance as a bereaved parent in the Netflix series Trial By Fire. She plays Neelam Krishnamurthy, who, along with her husband Shekhar (Abhay Deol), loses her children in the Uphaar cinema fire.
 
On Twitter, the actor shared a tweet about how she received help from Shah Rukh Khan. She wrote,

During covid @iamsrk helped me help Marathwada,Kerala &Chhattisgarh with his @MeerFoundation team.And today, @FilmCompanion mentions us together as the best performers of January! During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rajshri assisted doctors and others in need of medical supplies. Rajshri is originally from Aurangabad in Maharashtra. Meer Foundation, Shah Rukh's charity organization, had provided her with necessities such as PPE kits.
 
Rajshri is well recognized for her appearance in The Fame Game, starring Madhuri Dixit. She is known for her role in Sacred Games. In the series, she played Subhadra, the wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Gaitonde. She made her cinematic debut in Reema Kagti's Talaash (2012). In the film, she appeared alongside Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Her breakout role was in Pan Nalin's Angry Indian Goddesses. The film won the People's Choice Award at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.
 
She appeared in Sanal Kumar Shashidharan's award-winning Malayalam film S Durga. She also featured Nandita Das' Manto, in which she played writer Ismat Chughtai.
 
Pathaan marked Shah Rukh Khan's return to the big screen after four years. He also has Jawan and Dunki scheduled for release this year, as well as a cameo in Salman Khan's Tiger 3.
