Rana Daggubati and Ravi Teja to start shooting for Ayyapanum Koshiyum Telugu remake in August
Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake is going to be a prestigious project in Telugu with Rana and Ravi Teja leading from the front

Ayyappannum Koshiyum is one of the super hits in the Malayalam film industry. This action thriller had hit the screens earlier this year and became a winner at the box office. Directed by Sachy, this film featured Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon in the lead roles. Now, it is getting remade into Telugu with Rana Daggubati and Ravi Teja reprising the lead roles. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, the shoot of this Telugu remake will commence in August.
The Telugu rights of this film got bagged by Surya Devara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments. The producer made a heavy hunt for the lead actors. Finally, they have zeroed in Ravi Teja and Rana. Directors like Sudheer Varma and Sagar Chandra are in consideration to helm this project. We will get an official announcement regarding the cast, crew and the launch date very soon. Currently, both Rana and Ravi Teja are busy wrapping up the shoots of their ongoing projects. Rana is currently working for Virata Parvam. Directed by Venu Udugula, this film features Sai Pallavi as the female lead. On the flip side, Ravi Teja is working for the film Krack, directed by Gopichand Malineni. This movie features Shruti Haasan, Varalaxmi Sharathkumar and Samuthirakani in the other pivotal roles. Tagore Madhu is bankrolling the project.
Meanwhile, Ayyappanum Koshiyum is also getting remade into Hindi and Tamil as well. The Hindi rights got bagged by popular actor John Abraham.
