Rana Daggubati shares how Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum and Baahubali shaped up his career, in the second episode of #RD10

Rana Daggubati is one of the most versatile actors of this generation. He never went after stardom. He caved for better roles. He expanded his profession to multiple languages. All his hard work paid off and within a decade of his film career, Rana is now a pan-Indian actor with huge popularity. The actor completed 10 years of his film career recently. On this occasion, his home production house, SP Productions has started a new series called #RD10. Chapter one of this series got released a few weeks back. Earlier today, chapter two got released. In this episode, Rana talks about how his film career shaped up in the initial stages and explains to us how Baahubali The Conclusion changed his fate as an actor.
 
In the chapter, Rana reveals that he faced three consecutive flops after the release of his first film Leader. He had to wait till the release of Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum to claim a hit at the box office. That film made him grab the attention of SS Rajamouli. Then, the maverick filmmaker had cast him in the magnum opus Baahubali. We all are aware of the impact created by Baahubali on Indian cinema. After Baahubali, there was no looking back for Rana. He became a better actor and started choosing better scripts.
 
Rana will be next seen in the film Aranya. This Prabhu Solomon directorial will have a simultaneous release in both Tamil and Hindi as well. Meanwhile, Rana is also working for another film called Virata Parvam, which is being directed by Venu Udugula.
