Yoga enthusiast Shraddha Das had recently turned Yoga instructor on the Tata Sky Fitness channel; Shraddha had shared a preview of routine on her Instagram.

The practice of yoga has become increasingly popular among fitness-oriented celebs! The list is endless, from the Bollywood beauties like Kareena Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Malaika Arora to regional stars like Rakul Preet Singh, Samantha Akkineni, Ruhani Sharma, they're all embracing yoga for better health and fitness. Actress Shraddha Das too is no stranger to yoga. She often shares photos of her picture-perfect yoga poses on her social media. Shraddha was also a yoga instructor on Tata Sky Fitness special yoga program a couple of weeks ago. Today, she is back with a post-yoga mirror selfie! Shraddha certainly has a post-yoga glow on her face!
It seems like Shraddha is taking a mirror self after every yoga workout to stay motivated. Shraddha Das spoke of how hard it is to stay motivated under the lockdown. 120 days now at home...So difficult to stay motivated! 'Perseverance' is key! Shraddha Das recently took to her social media to say that she will be one of the yoga instructors on Tata Sky Fitness' Learn Yoga in 21 days program. She had shared the preview of her Yoga Routine with a caption, 'Ace your concentration by learning Ardha Padmasana with Shraddha Das. On the work front, Shraddha Das was last seen in the film Bengali film Panther. Shraddha Das is now looking forward to appearing in the Kannada film Kotigobba 3 and the Telugu film Nireekshana. Kotigobba 3 is one of the year's most awaited films starring Sudeep, Madonna Sebastian, Aftab Shivdasani, Nawab Shah, and P. Ravishankar apart from Shraddha Das. Nireekshana, on the other hand, is a thriller film starring actor Sait Ronak and Ena Saha.
