Thaman met the media yesterday to interact about his latest projects and the way he involves himself in the music sessions and the thoughts of dealing criticism.
SS Thaman has now become a sensation in Tollywood right now. The music director has been riding high with back to back hits. His 'Samajavaragamana' from 'Ala Vaikunthapurramloo' became a chartbuster and he is also composing tunes for 'Venky Mama'.
While talking in an interview, Thaman said that both the films are good scripts and the directors are taking good songs from him. 'After 'Sarrainodu', I took a small break and studied where it was going wrong. I played cricket, traveled and also interacted with my friends. That break helped me to improve myself' said Thaman. 'It also depends on selecting scripts. I realized that I was repetitive in selecting my scripts. So, from 'Mahanubhavudu', I've started fresh. With movies like Bhaagamathie, Tholi Prema, Chal Mohan Ranga, Aravinda Sametha, everything has changed,' added Thaman.
'I don't take criticism in the wrong way. People make negative comments only if they are disappointed with my work. Next time, I want to make sure that the person should be happy with my work. That's how I keep working upon myself and my work' added Thaman and claimed that critics and asked 'Amma Thittakapothe Ela Telustundi?'.
On the work front, Thaman currently has Venky Mama, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Prati Roju Pandaage
and Disco Raja on hand. The new film that he signed is Nani's Tuck Jagadish.
