Khandaani Shafakhana Review: The real attempt by Sonakshi Sinha washed by a wilted script.
Khandaani Shafakhana Review:
Khandaani Shafakhana is making a real effort to put a lady as the story's leading pillar. Script drags and wilts, however, confusing the audience with unrealistic and climaxing court scenes. Khandani Shafakhana is the tale of Baby Bedi performed by Sonakshi Sinha, an orthodox Punjabi family's quick-witted medical representative in the small town.
Despite her attempts, she fails to match her paltry revenue with rising debt. One day, she is provided with a special chance to sell off an infamous ' Sex Clinic ' that she inherits from uncle. The role of that uncle is played by Kulbhushan Kharbanda's. She must operate it for six months first.
Sonakshi attempts to enrol her the private globe in a no-holds-barred trip, which feels that everything associated with sex is a taboo. The film is portrayed as her hilarious trip in an effort to break taboos, to open minds with jest and fun as the instrument for storytelling.
The scenes in the courtroom misuse creative liberty and are vivid, impractical and legally unbelievable. Sonakshi did a wonderful job of playing Baby Bedi with an effortless and balanced mix of innocence, sincerity and vulnerability. The fans of Sonakshi will be proud, as she carries the film's weight on her shoulders completely.
Baby Bedi has a distinctive manner of summarizing her opinions in the film by placing it briefly as the story's moral. In a wilting script that lacks enough to either create an effect or leave the crowd laughing, a significant topic and performance get lost.
