After a disastrous performance in the Assembly elections, Janasena is in no rhythm of reviving their party. Their president, Pawan Kalyan has failed to assure the cadre and future of his leaders in the party which intern makes the party weaker than before. In a big blow to Janasena party, one more senior leader has resigned to the party.
Akula Satyanarayana who joined Janasena just before the 2019 general elections resigned the party. He is the close associate to Chief Pawan Kalyan and contested for the Rajahmundry Lok Sabha seat and lost to YSRCP's Marganti Bharat Ram by a huge majority.
Akula has given good importance in the party but it seems like he hasn’t seen a bright future of him being with Janasena and bid goodbye eventually. In 2014, Akula contested for the assembly on behalf of BJP and won from Rajahmundry city constituency
In recent times, Janasena party is going nowhere. The other day, senior leader and government programs monitoring chairman Chintala Parthasarathy has quit the party and now with Akula's exit, Jana Sena is losing prominent leaders.
