Captain Kohli once again showed his generosity in the field towards his fans as a shirtless Virat Kohli fan managed to breach security and ran inside the Indore stadium to meet Team India captain.

After Virat Kohli led India to a win in the first Test against Bangladesh, former England captain Michael Vaughan tweeted, 'Virat must be fast becoming India's best ever skipper ... #INDvBAN.' Notably, With the innings win over Bangladesh, Kohli now holds the record of being the Indian captain with the most number of innings victory (10).

 
After Indian pacer, Mohammad Shami ended up with seven wickets in the first Test against Bangladesh, former Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar praised the pacer and compared him to West Indies great Malcolm Marshall. 'His delivery also comes at you like a missile. The same kind of late inward and outward movement,' Gavaskar added about Shami.

The fan had Virat Kohli's initials and jersey number painted behind his back. Kohli gave a side hug to the fan and had a word with him before the security guards came up and escorted the fan away.
 
Meanwhile, the Indian team stayed back in Indore after the end of the first Test against Bangladesh, so as to get net practice under the lights ahead of the team's maiden Day/Night Test in Kolkata. It had reported that the Indian team wants to specifically train under the lights during the twilight time of the evening.
